Cancelation Policies
Cancellation of Individual Classes
In event you would like to cancel your reservation in a drop-in virtual training class, you may do so by visiting the 'My Bookings' page found in your membership account page. Any cancellation of a drop-in virtual training class must be received by Studio 22 at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the start of the class in order to receive a refund. If you have further questions you can contact us at support@studio22hightek.com.
Cancellation of a Pricing Package
In the event you would like to terminate your existing Pricing Package, you must contact support@studio22hightek.com 5 days prior to your next (monthly) billing cycle to avoid being charged. Terminated plans will officially become unavailable after the end of your last paid billing cycle. Refunds are not available for our class plans.
