Company 22 celebrates artistry, technique, athleticism, and the passion of performance. Members are selected based on potential, technique, movement, and skill level. Dancers have a weekly rehearsal schedule as well as a training schedule. Company members train in many class styles intended to develop movement quality and technical execution.
The company performs in Lines, Large Groups, Small Groups, Duets, Trios, and Solos at both Regional and National level competitions. Company 22 attends dance conventions with industry-leading master instructors, giving dancers the opportunity to learn from some of the top choreographers in the world.
Within our own walls at Studio 22, our company dancers train with industry professionals whose expertise helps shape well-rounded performers. Our Company 22 Faculty boasts some of the area's best instructors who have, not only extensive performance resumes, but some of the top performance art educations from schools like The Juilliard School in New York City.
Not only is Company 22 a wonderful program to develop and train as an individual, but learning to work together in groups of all different sizes, brings teamwork and close friendships throughout the season. We grow together towards our goals as one whole company and create long-lasting bonds and memories along the way!
